Flower single, white internally, greenish externally, labellum white with apex yellow to orange, calli yellow to orange, column green and white.

Leaf narrowly linear, dark green, sparsley hairy. Scape very slender and wiry, sparsley hairy.

Tas. endemic. Heathy Eucalyptus terminalis. forest on a sunny hillside. Also on moist sheltered slopes growing amongst leaf litter and dense shrubs in tall open forest dominated by E. obliqua.

Not represented in reserves. Suitable below powerlines.

Orchid seeds are very minute yellow, brown or blackish dust-like particles. Orchid seeds are produced within a capsule that splits at maturity and releases tousands to millions of seeds. Dispersed by wind and water and only germinate following infection of the embryo by a suitable mycorrhizal fungus. Very few seeds become mature plants.
