Dull greenish-yellow, with the tube bearded at the throat, about 7mm in diameter. Many flowers, borne in broad clusters.

Vigorous, woody, twining climber with branches to 4-5cm in diameter. Leaves are opposite, lance-shaped, glossy on top and yellow-green to greyish underneath, 5-10cm long.

Seed Collection
Fruit is almost needle-shaped, and 7-8cm long. Seeds have a tuft of long, silky hairs at the scar where it was attached to its stalk. The fruit is retained on the plant until it flowers again the following season.
