Habitat Notes
Tas. endemic. Forms small stands in well-drained rocky situations in the east of the State. Confined to shallow soils on dolerite rock outcrops.

General Notes
An informal and ornamental small Eucalypt for the smaller garden, easily kept small by minimal tip pruning. Graceful and very hardy. Being a mallee type tree it makes an excellent low windbreak. Not suitable below powerlines.
