Flowers are small and cream, and borne in the leaf axils underneath the spiky branches.

Form
Thorny shrub with green branches, covered with small white hairs. The smaller branches are reduced to solid 2.5-4cm long spines. Leaves are 10cm long, flat and wedge-shaped, with serrated edges and a blunt tip.

Habitat Notes
